National President of Pasmanda Muslim Samaj, Anees Mansoori has made serious allegations against the government and the court regarding the Sambhal incident. He said that the Places of Worship Act, 1991, which was created to prevent disputes at religious places, was being ignored.
He alleged that BJP and the courts together are failing to implement this law, which is an anti-constitutional act. Mansoori strongly condemned the Sambhal incident and said that the police opened fire on unarmed people there, video evidence of which is available.
Accusations on court and government
He raised the question that when the rioters were creating havoc by entering the house of a Muslim family in Bahraich, why did the police not open fire? He said that it is no one else but the government and the courts who are destroying the Constitution and democracy in the country. He alleged that the judiciary has also left impartiality under the influence of the government.

Mansoori appealed to all the sensitive citizens of the country and said that they should unite to protect the Constitution and protect the rights of minorities. He said that protecting the Constitution is not just the responsibility of the minority community, but the duty of every Indian citizen.
Violence broke out in Sambhal
Let us tell you that violence broke out on November 24 during the survey of the Mughal era royal Jama Masjid on the orders of the court in Sambhal. Four people were killed and many others were injured in this violence. The survey was ordered on a petition which claimed that there used to be a Harihar temple at the site of the mosque.
