Talking about Delhi NCR which is facing severe pollution, the Center has doubled the fine for burning stubble. According to the new strict decision, farmers with less than two acres of land will have to pay a fine of Rs 5,000, farmers with 2 to 5 acres of land will have to pay Rs 10,000 and farmers with more than five acres of land will have to pay a fine of Rs 30,000 for burning stubble.
