New Delhi: Mumbai Indians defeated UP Warriors by 6 wickets in the 16th match of the Women’s Premier League with a strong half -century innings of Haley Mathews. With this victory, Mumbai has taken another strong step towards the playoffs. In the match, UP batted first and scored a score of 150 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs. In response, Mumbai won the match by scoring 153 runs for 4 wickets in 18.3 overs.

Chasing the target, Haley Mathews scored a strong innings of 68 off 46 balls for Mumbai. Apart from this, Net Sewage Brant contributed 37 runs in 23 balls. Due to the strong innings of these two, the Mumbai team easily achieved the match by achieving the target of 151 runs. Grace Harris on UP side took 2 wickets while Chiinel Henry and Kranti Gaur have achieved one success each.

Batting for UP did amazing

Georgia Wall did wonders in batting for UP against Mumbai. Georgia Wall scored 55 runs.
