Supreme Court’s tough stance on air quality in Delhi-NCR

There may have been some improvement in the climate of Delhi-NCR, but the Supreme Court has refused to relax the strictness. The Supreme Court on Monday refused to relax the rules of Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP)-IV implemented in Delhi.
