Pant fined

The press release by the Cricket Board of India (BCCI) said, “This was his team’s first offense under Article 2.22, related to the slow over speed of the IPL code of conduct, so Rishabh Pant was fined Rs 12 lakh.” Meanwhile, Lucknow spinner Digvesh Rathi has been fined 50 percent of his match fees for the second consecutive time after violating the level one of the IPL code of conduct.

Rathi also had to pay half of his match fees to celebrate the most wickets against Punjab Kings. He celebrated the style of writing a notebook again after dismissing Mumbai batsman Naman Dhir. According to the BCCI, ‘This was his second crime under Article 2.5 of the Code of Conduct in this session and another sub -marry -point has been added to his account.
