Jeddah: A bid of Rs 1 crore 30 lakh was made for Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the youngest player in the history of the Indian Premier League, who was just 13 years old. On the second day of the IPL mega auction held in UAE, there was a race between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals to buy this batsman with a base price of Rs 30 lakh. Rajasthan made the last bid and succeeded in signing this small player. If Vaibhav gets a place in the playing eleven, he will become the youngest player to play in IPL.

Bihar’s young sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi created a stir in the Under-19 Youth Test match against Australia last month.
