Uttar Pradesh Home Guard Bharti 2025: The Uttar Pradesh government is going to start a big recruitment process with the aim of strengthening the security system in the state and giving employment to the youth. Soon 44 thousand home guards will be recruited in the state. In this recruitment, 20 percent of the posts will be reserved for women, so that the participation of women in the law and order of the state will also be ensured.
The Home Guard Department has prepared a detailed manual for this recruitment, which has been sent to the government on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. As soon as the state cabinet gets approval, the recruitment process will be formally started.
22,000 posts will be recruited in the first phase
This big recruitment campaign will be completed in a phased manner. In the first phase, about 22,000 home guards volunteers will be recruited. In this phase also 20% posts will be reserved for women candidates. This is the first time that such a large number of women will get an opportunity in home guard service.
For the first time written examination and physical test process will be made
Till now there was no concrete manual for the recruitment of home guards, but now it has been made mandatory to ensure transparency and merit. Along with this, it has also been suggested that the Home Guard should be trained as a “disaster friend”, for which the standards of the State Disaster Management Authority have also been included in the rules.
Proposal to create independent recruitment board
It has also been recommended to set up an independent recruitment board to ensure fairness and transparency of the recruitment process. This will not only speed up the recruitment process, but will also eliminate the possibility of any kind of disturbance or corruption.
Demand for time
According to the information, the number of retired personnel in the Home Guard Department is continuously increasing, due to which many posts have been vacant. In such a situation, this recruitment will not only provide employment to the youth but will also strengthen the security system of the state.
