Actually, the whole matter is in Babugarh area of Hapur, where a Shivling has been found during excavation in the forests of village Rasulpur. Earlier, a herd of snakes was seen at this place, after which various types of discussions started in the village. Meanwhile, the snake place was excavated and a Shivling of about one feet was found from there.
The news of getting a Shivling during excavation in the village spread like a forest fire. People from house to house flocked to worship Shivling. Devotees from other areas also came and started worshiping Shivalinga and offering milk.
Rajendra Singh, a resident of Rasulpur village of Babugarh in the case, said that he had gone on his routine on Thursday morning. Then he saw a herd of snakes on the ground at one place in the village. When he informed the villagers about this, a large number of villagers gathered and started digging under the ground after removing snakes from there.
Rajendra Singh said that during the excavation, a Shivling was found from inside the ground, after receiving the Shivling, a large number of people started coming to recite the puja-archana. When the information was given to the police, a team came for investigation. At present, the incident remains a matter of discussion among the people.
Police station in -charge Vijay Gupta, who arrived with the police force on the spot, said that Shivling has been found during the excavation of a field, information was given to the higher officials, investigation is being done. Peace system is maintained.
