Ishaan Kishan’s installment can change in IPL 2025, Akash Chopra Statement IPL 2025 is Biggest Opportunity for IShan Kishan

New Delhi: Former cricketer Akash Chopra believes that IPL 2025 is a golden opportunity for Ishaan Kishan. After joining Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kishan can give a new direction to his career. Chopra is surprised why Kishan is out of the Indian team despite being so talented. He believes that Kishan is being ignored. Even after performing well in the Ranji Trophy, no one is talking about them. Akash Chopra said on his YouTube channel, ‘For any reason, he has completely disappeared from the radar. It seems that no one is talking about them or not understanding their importance. He also played in the Ranji Trophy and scored runs there, he is doing everything, but no one is talking about him. SRH already has an opener like Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head. In the last season, both these openers were in amazing form. This means that Kishan may have to bat at number 3. Although Kishan has sometimes played on this position, it is not his favorite place.

Ishaan has scored a double century in ODI cricket

In December 2022, Kishan scored a double century (210 runs in 131 balls) in an ODI against Bangladesh. It was a record -breaking innings. Despite this, he was dropped from the playing XI. Shubman Gill was preferred on him as an opener. Since then, Kishan has been struggling to make a place in the team in all formats. Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul and Sanju Samson are considered ahead of them in the category of wicketkeeper-batsman. Kishan also lost his BCCI central contract last year.

Akash Chopra believes that IPL may have a new beginning for Kishan. Chopra said, ‘You can once again come into the discussion. A wicketkeeper batsman who can open or bat in the top order is better. He also mentioned the talk of Gautam Gambhir. Gambhir says that all the players are the same train coaches, whose destination is the same. The box is ahead or behind, it does not matter. This means that the batting order in Indian cricket is no longer important.
