Russia Nuclear Policy – Why Russia’s new nuclear policy increases the risk of third world war, understand the meaning of Putin’s decision – Know Why Russia’s new nuclear policy increases risk of third world war meaning of Putin decision ntc

1000 days have passed since the war between Russia and Ukraine and now there is a danger of the use of nuclear weapons in this war, which can fuel the third world war. There are many reasons behind the fear of use of nuclear weapons. US President Joe Biden has given Ukraine permission to attack inside Russia with American weapons. In response, Russian President Vladimir Putin has also changed his nuclear policy. Both these decisions have increased the risk of conflict between the two superpowers and Third World War.

Third World War?

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and former Russian President, said, ‘Russia’s new nuclear doctrine means that NATO missiles fired against our country will be considered an attack on Russia. Russia can retaliate with WMD (nuclear weapons) against Kiev and key NATO targets, wherever they are located. This means third world war.

Putin changed the policy of using nuclear weapons

On Tuesday, Putin signed a decree in an open warning to the West and Ukraine, which sets limits on under what circumstances Moscow can use nuclear weapons. Vladimir Putin has said that if a country which does not have nuclear power, attacks Russia with the support of a country with nuclear power, then it will be considered a declaration of war against Russia.

He said that if ballistic missiles are used against Russia, a nuclear attack can also be carried out in response. Putin has made this change in his country’s nuclear doctrine. So that the countries supporting Ukraine cannot attack it. America and many European countries have recently allowed Ukraine to use long-range weapons. After which Putin has taken this step.

What changed from Putin’s decision?

According to the changes made by Putin, if any country carries out a drone attack against Russia, it can also be responded to in the form of nuclear deterrence. The Russian army will give a befitting reply to such an attack. If any weapon crosses the Russian border and comes from air or space, it will be considered a war against Russia. Russia can use nuclear weapons in such a situation.

If Russia felt that there was a threat to its country and citizens, then it could also deploy nuclear missiles and missile defense systems. So that a befitting reply can be given to the enemy attack. In case of attack from space, Russia will activate its missile defense system. Attacks can also be carried out in space. Nuclear deterrence can also be used in this type of attack.

Why did Putin make these changes?

In fact, before leaving his post, US President Biden has given Ukraine permission to use American-made weapons to attack inside Russia. With this, now Ukrainian soldiers will be able to use Army Tactical Missile System or ATACMS (Army Tactical Missile Systems). According to sources, Ukraine is planning to launch long-range attacks on Russia in the coming days.

‘Biden’s decision will lead to third world war’

Ukrainian President Zelensky several months ago requested permission for his military to use American weapons to attack Russian military targets from across the country’s border. Russian MPs warned that this step of the Biden administration will further escalate the war. Vladimir Dzhabarov, a Russian MP, has said that this is a big step towards the beginning of the Third World War. Donald Trump Jr. has accused the Biden government of increasing global tension to start World War 3 even before his father takes oath on January 20.
