Tahwwur Rana will be questioned again amidst stringent security, NIA will ask these 30 questions – Tahawwur Rana Extradition India Nia Custody 18 Days Us 2008 Mumbai Attack Nia Interrogation NTC

The mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai attack, Tawwur Rana is in India. The NIA court has sent him to 18 days custody. During this time, the NIA will interrogate all aspects related to the Mumbai attack.

The interrogation of Tawwur Rana will begin after a meeting of 12 special officers including DG in NIA headquarters. According to NIA sources, there are two cameras installed in the room where there will be interrogation. The inquiry will start at around 11 am.

Tehwavur is placed in the cell built on the ground floor of the NIA headquarters. There will be interrogation in the interaction room on the third floor just above this room. The inquiry team will be led by DIG Jaya Roy. Roy has played a big role in bringing Rana from America to India. The daily report of this inquiry will be sent to the members.

NIA will prepare a diary of daily inquiry during Rana’s custody. After the last round of questioning, it will be recorded in the disclosure statement. There is a provision in BNS that the accused should be medical every 48 hours.
