On the very first day of the budget session of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the Samajwadi Party has opened a front against the Yogi government. Party leaders have shown strict attitude on issues like Mahakumbh stampede, alleged rigging, paper leaks in Milkipur by -elections. Meanwhile, senior SP leader and MLA Shivpal Singh Yadav launched a scathing attack on the government over Mahakumbh. He said that there is no mention of coming to Kumbh after 144 years in the scriptures, if it is, then these people should tell.
Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Yadav said- “The government’s money has been misused for PR, such a government should resign. The chaos is dominated.”

Shivpal alleged that the government is playing with people’s faith by pretending to be Sanatan Dharma. The real objective of the government is to exploit the trust of the public. These people have nothing to do with faith.
The SP leader made a comment against the Railway Minister and said that he should resign. There was no action from the government in this matter. Shivpal also questioned the statistics of stampede in Mahakumbh and deaths there. He said that the government is silent on this.
