‘There will be no country left, everyone will be on …’ Donald Trump said – soon on electronics, semiconductor tariffs

US President Donald Trump has said that no country will be exempted from tariffs, including tariffs banned for 90 days on some objects. Trump made this announcement on Sunday, which suggested discounts for Tariff on Electroniocs such as smartphones, computers and other electronics.

Tariff discount was announced!
On Friday, the White House announced exemption from mutual tariffs on some things, which raised some hope that the technical industry could avoid getting entangled in the trade struggle between the US and China. However, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik clarified that the necessary technical products coming from China, semiconductor as well as new charges will be faced within two months. These fees are different from Trump’s mutual tariffs.

Tariff on these things in the next 2 months
Lutenik said that new tariffs on smartphones, computers and other electronics will be implemented in one or two months, he said that these measures will boost domestic production. Beijing increased its tariffs on US imports to 125 percent and is assessing the impact of recent boycott for technology products.

Appeal to give tariff exemption to China
Investor Bill Ekman urged Trump to stop the wide tariffs on China for three months. He temporarily suggested a 10% deduction to encourage American businesses to transfer the supply chain without any significant disruption. Meanwhile, Senator Elizabeth Warren criticized the tariff strategy, termed it disorganized and warned of potential economic loss.

Tariff on semocover products soon
US President Donald Trump on Sunday announced that he would reveal the tariff rate on imported semiconductor in the coming week. Speaking in Air Force One, Trump expressed his desire to simplify the process for companies making chips and semiconductors domestically. However, he did not give any information about products like smartphones.
