The High Court has given an important order regarding the recruitment of Head Radio Operator of Uttar Pradesh Police. Lucknow Bench has canceled the recruitment of Head Radio Operator. This decision has been given by the single bench of Justice Alok Mathur. In the year 2022, 40,000 candidates took the exam for a total of 936 posts of Radio Operator.
Petition was filed in the High Court
During the recruitment process, Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board had changed the prescribed qualifications. Diploma was demanded in the advertisement, but suddenly a proposal was passed to include B.Tech pass candidates also in the recruitment process. A petition was filed in the High Court regarding change in this qualification. After hearing the petition, the High Court has canceled the police radio operator recruitment process. Now this recruitment process will be started again after a thorough review.
Police constable’s physical exam will not be held in January
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for UP Police Constable Recruitment will not be conducted in January. The race for constable recruitment can be organized by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board in the last week of February or March. An official notification in this regard will be issued soon by the Recruitment Board.
