Threatened to bomb CM Yogi, stirred after videos in WhatsApp group, FIR lodged – FIR registered over video threatening to blow up up UP CM Adityanath LCLNT
An FIR has been lodged against a person for posting a video threatening to bomb Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Police said an FIR was lodged at Gaur police station on the complaint of Admin Abhishek Dubey of WhatsApp group ‘Sanatan Dharma Sarvopari’. A member of the group posted an alleged video.
The FIR has been recorded under Section 353 (1) (public mischief statement), 351 (4) (criminal intimidation) and 66 of the IT Act. SHO Dharmendra Singh said that the police is trying to locate the accused.
Abhishek Dubey told the police in Tahrir that there are a total of 533 members in the WhatsApp group called ‘Sanatan Dharma Sarvopari’. A member of the same group, who is also a group administrator, posted a video. In this video, a person is addressing the Chief Minister and saying that ‘I will blow Yogi with a bomb’. After this threatening video went viral, there is resentment among the people and the matter remains serious.
