In Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a 40 -year -old man died after falling from a balcony under suspicious circumstances. The deceased has been identified as Dilshad (40). After the incident, the police is interrogating the deceased’s wife Shanno in custody, while the family of Dilshad has accused the wife of murder.
According to the report of the news agency, Dilshad lived in Kanshi Ram Colony with his wife Shanno and two children. On Saturday night, there was a fight between the husband and wife, after which Dilshad fell down from the third floor balcony. The family immediately rushed him to the district hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Kotwali in-charge Inspector Dheeraj Kumar said that in the initial investigation, there has been talk of quarrel between husband and wife. There was an argument between the two on the night of the incident. Meanwhile, Dilshad fell down from the balcony. At present, Shanno is being questioned in custody.
The deceased’s sister Sayma Bano has alleged that Dilshad had sought food from Shanno, which had a fight and Shanno pushed her down. At the same time, mother Quraisha also alleges that Shanno used to talk to suspicious people on mobile for the last 2-3 years, about which both of them had a fight every day. He also told that Shanno has run away from home many times and has also raised his hand on Dilshad.
On the other hand, Shanno said in a statement to the police that Dilshad had come to drink alcohol and jumped himself from the balcony after eating food. She was in the room with her children at the time of the incident. The police have taken the body in possession and sent it for postmortem and a thorough investigation of the case is going on. The cause of death will be confirmed only after the post -mortem report. The police is taking further action based on the statements and other evidence of the family members.
