UP: Murder case filed on death of Congress worker Prabhat Pandey, demand for one crore compensation and government job lclam

Prabhat Pandey, a young leader of the party, died during Congress’s ‘Assembly siege’ in Lucknow. Prabhat was a resident of Deipar, Gorakhpur. As soon as his dead body reached the village, mourning spread there. The family members are in bad condition and crying. Police have registered a case of murder against unknown persons on the complaint of uncle Manish Pandey. Prabhat’s last rites will be performed today amid tight security.

At the same time, UP Congress President Ajay Rai has demanded a compensation of Rs 1 crore from the government and a government job to someone in the family of the deceased. Many big leaders of the party including Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi have also reacted to the death of the Congress worker.

Let us tell you that after the post-mortem of 31-year-old Congress youth leader Prabhat Pandey was done late at night, the body was handed over to his family members. Videography of the post mortem has also been done. Along with the forensic team, Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak and Congress State President Ajay Rai were also present there.

It is alleged that Prabhat was unconscious in the Congress office in Lucknow for two hours just before his death. His hands and feet were cold. At 5 pm he was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. After this, politics started on Prabhat’s death.

After the death of Prabhat Pandey, Congress State President Ajay Rai accused the BJP government of using force on the police during the protest. Whereas Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi on social media site X termed it as police brutality during BJP rule.

On the other hand, the police has warned of strict action against those spreading rumors in this matter. Top UP Police officials have said that when Prabhat was brought to the hospital from the Lucknow Congress office at 5 pm on Wednesday, the doctors declared him dead. The real cause of death will be known only after post-mortem of the dead body. The police have denied using any kind of force during the demonstration.

The uncle of the deceased said this

At the same time, in this whole matter, the deceased’s uncle Manish Pandey told that he got a call from the Congress office that his nephew was lying unconscious for 2 hours. He told that he was immediately taken to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. Manish said that he wants an impartial investigation into this matter. They have lost their child, who will never come back. He said that there is no need for any kind of politics on this. They want justice. A call was also received from Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge and others. He has also questioned him on the death of his nephew that if he was unconscious at the Congress office for 2 hours, then why was he not taken to the hospital. Demand for 1 crore compensation, government job

At present, big Congress leaders including Ajay Rai are going to Gorakhpur to attend the last journey of Prabhat Pandey. He has demanded from the government to give Rs 1 crore compensation and government job to the family of the deceased. Also said that how the Congress worker died should be investigated. Whoever is guilty should be punished. Action should also be taken against the officer.

DCP Central Lucknow Raveena Tyagi said – At around 5 pm, Prabhat Pandey, son of Deepak Pandey, resident of Gorakhpur, was brought to the Civil Hospital in an unconscious state in a vehicle from the Congress office complex. Where the doctors declared him dead. According to doctors, there are no injuries on his body. Post mortem has been done, the truth will come out after the report comes.
