A suspicious incident has come to light on the Lucknow-Moradabad railway track in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh, in which there has been talk of keeping stones and bolts on the track. After this incident, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and the local police have taken quick action and detained two teenagers and are being questioned. At the moment, the matter is being investigated in depth so that the whole truth can be revealed about any possible threat.
Actually, this incident took place in the Kotwali countryside police station area of Hardoi district. Train number 13010 Yoga city Doon Express was passing here on the Lucknow-Moradabad down track here. When this train reached between Kaudha railway station and Hardoi railway station, the train driver saw some suspicious items on the track. He immediately stopped the train by applying emergency brake, but by then the train had passed through the track.

When the railway staff inspected the track after stopping the train, pieces of stones and bolts were found there. Meanwhile, two teenagers appeared standing on the side of the railway track, whose activities were suspected. These teenagers were caught by the security personnel present in the train and handed over to the railway gateman. After this, the railway gateman informed the RPF and Hardoi police.
Identification and initial investigation of teenagers
The arrested teenagers have been identified as a 15 -year -old teenager resident of Kanhari village of Bilgram police station area and 16 -year -old teenager, resident of Sahora village in Sandi police station area. Both of them came to the house of one of their relatives Salman in village Abdulpurwa of Kotwali police station area. Initial investigation revealed that both these teenagers had reached there while walking on the railway track. The police have also found some pictures taken standing on the track on their mobile, which is fearing that he was doing some kind of mischief or came on the track for some special purpose.
Action of police and investigative agencies
Police and RPF, who reached the spot, have started questioning both teenagers in custody. The police is trying to find out why they had bolts and stones on the track and was there any conspiracy behind it.
Police said this in the case
Giving information about the incident, CO City Ankit Mishra said, on 1 March 2025, the local police got information that two teenagers between Kudha and Hardoi railway stations have been seen suspecting some things on the railway track. After this, RPF and police started questioning them in custody. At present, the investigation is going on and as soon as any concrete fact is revealed, further legal action will be taken on the same basis.
