Addressing the controversial topic of nepotism, Vineet said he doesn’t believe in targeting individuals who come from influential film families. He highlighted Alia Bhatt, daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, as an example. “She’s fantastic,” Vineet admitted, acknowledging her acting prowess and hard work. However, he also remarked on the stark contrast between his journey and those born into the industry. “I’ve been struggling since the time Alia Bhatt was in Mahesh Bhatt’s lap,” he said, humorously underscoring his long and arduous path to recognition.

The actor shared that his entry into Bollywood was anything but easy. Coming from a non-filmy background, Vineet struggled to find his footing, often facing rejection and being overlooked for roles.
