Waqf Amendment Bill: Waqf Amendment Bill passed from Rajya Sabha, 128 votes in favor

The Waqf Amendment Bill has been passed in the Rajya Sabha. In support of this bill, 128 votes were cast while 95 votes were cast in protest. The opposition alleges that the government wants to confiscate the property of Waqf, while the government says that the opposition is misleading Muslims.
