Threat call received on Reserve Bank’s customer care number, police engaged in investigation – Hoax threat call to Reserve Bank of India customer care dept RBI in Maharashtra Mumbai ntc

The Customer Care Department of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has received a threatening call, after which the Mumbai Police has registered a case. This call was made on the customer care number of the Reserve Bank on Saturday morning.

Taking this incident seriously, the police have started investigation. According to officials, Mumbai Police has registered a case in this regard and has started investigating the matter. It is suspected that some mischievous element has committed this act. At present the police is engaged in investigation and detailed details are awaited.
