How serious the Congress is about Bihar can be understood in such a way that it is about six-seven months in the assembly elections, but Rahul Gandhi has arrived in the state for the third time today. Due to the jugalbandi of Rahul Gandhi and Kanhaiya Kumar, on 7 April, there was tremendous enthusiasm among the Congress supporters in the ‘Exodus Stop, Job Do’ in Begusarai on 7 April. Rahul Gandhi will also go from Begusarai to Patna where the Constitution will also attend the security conference and talk to senior Congress leaders.
It is obvious that the way Rahul Gandhi is active about the Bihar assembly elections and the way the Congress is looking more vocal this time, there is definitely a big strategy or ambition working behind it. But it is also certain that the Congress did anything to do anything to form a government in Bihar. Secondly, it is also certain that more seats than last time are not going to give him RJD in the Grand Alliance. The question arises whether the Congress wants to do something big on its own in Bihar? If this is the case, will this be possible under the leadership of Kanhaiya Kumar?
1- What is the one that binds Rahul and Kanhaiya Kumar in a thread

From the conversation of Kanhaiya Kumar, it was felt that after the formation of the Congress government, Kanhaiya Kumar can stop construction of roads in Bihar.
The idea of Rahul’s political guru Sam Pitroda is also a communist to a large extent. Rahul has been talking about equal distribution of property many times like his Guru. Their intention behind the caste census is to distribute equal property among the underprivileged. But Kanhaiya Kumar lost badly in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by contesting on the Communist Party ticket in Bihar.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, when CPI nominated Kanhaiya Kumar as a candidate for Begusarai parliamentary seat. Anti-BJP leaders from all over the country came to Bihar in support of Kanhaiya. The Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Giriraj Singh was also far away from the votes of CPI and RJD. Giriraj Singh got 6,92,193 votes in this election. Kanhaiya Kamar to 2,69,976 and RJD’s Mo. Tanveer Hasan got 1,98,233 votes. The only meaning to say is that this ideology has ended in Bihar.
2-Congress’s entire focus is on the vote of upper castes
Kanhaiya Kumar has been a student leader. He has also been the leader of JNU. His speeches became very popular but he did not get success in politics. Rahul Gandhi has reached Bihar for his third time. Kanhaiya had left his luck with the Left in Bihar before trying by the Congress in Delhi.
Kanhaiya Kumar is lucky that even after the last two failures, he has got a chance to lead the Congress in a state like Bihar. Rahul Gandhi himself has reached to promote his visit. Otherwise, the local Congress used to roam in Delhi, but Rahul did not get time to go there.
Actually it is believed that through Kanhaiya Kumar, the Congress wants to get its traditional votes. The Congress has understood that now to replace the BJP, it will have to get its vote bank again from parties like RJD and BJP. Therefore, an attempt has been made to give a message to the people of Bihar through Kanhaiya Kumar. The first message is that the Congress is a party of upper castes. Secondly, Since Kanhaiya Kumar has been a communist and has been fighting the battle of the poor and the underprivileged and is a staunch opponent of the BJP. Therefore, they fit for the traditional voters of the Congress. The Gandhi Family probably did not think it appropriate to say anything in complication even on the Waqf Board Amendment Bill. 21 new faces have been given place in the list of 40 district heads of Bihar. 19 district heads have been given a chance again. According to the castes, the maximum 14 upper caste district presidents have been made.
3- Kanhaiya Kumar can also end RJD in Bihar and this will be the achievement for the Congress
If you look at the Delhi strategy carefully, then it is understood why the Congress must have given Kanhaiya Kumar a chance in Bihar. The Congress has understood that the party cannot stand again without eliminating its allied parties. In fact, whether it is Aam Aadmi Party or RJD, the traditional votes of Congress have been transferred behind the strength of all. The Congress wants to achieve these tradition of its tradition. The Congress knows that until parties like RJD, Samajwadi Party and Aam Aadmi Party will not end, the traditional votes of Congress will not come back to it again. The first meaning of bringing Kanhaiya Kumar to Bihar was to tease RJD. The whole of Bihar knows that Lalu is irritated with family Kanhaiya Kumar and Pappu Yadav. On one side the Congress is promoting both of them. On the other hand, Congress leadership is also meeting Lalu Yadav in Delhi.
4- Congress’s strategy to woo traditional voters
The main focus of the Congress is on Dalit -Savarna and Muslim voters. Perhaps this is the reason that the upper caste leader in Bihar has been removed and the command of Bihar Congress has been given to Dalit Face Rajesh Kumar. On April 1, the Congress leadership announced the appointment of 40 presidents in Bihar. The organization clearly showed that the upper castes have dominated again. The number of Dalits is much less than the rest of the newly created district presidents. According to the castes, the maximum 14 upper caste district presidents have been made. 10 district presidents have been made of backward classes, out of which 5 Yadavs, 3 Kushwaha and 2 Kurmi come from sections. 7 minorities have also been given a chance, including 6 Muslims and one Sikh Congress leader.
The Congress also understands that the real benefit of its strategy is going to be separated from the Grand Alliance. It is possible that the Congress will first demand more and more seats for the Grand Alliance. If the demand is not met, announce to contest separate elections. Anyway, the time will tell how much Congress will be made with RJD while Kanhaiya Kumar.
5- Will Kanhaiya Kumar be able to save the shame of Congress in Begusarai?
Rahul Gandhi has reached Begusarai to join the padyatra in the journey in Kanhaiya Kumar’s ‘Exodus, Job Do’. Therefore, it is believed that Kanhaiya Kumar can contest from here. It is being said in media reports that Kanhaiya can fill the Kanhaiya form on Teghra or Bachwara assembly seat in Begusarai. Teghra seat is still near CPI, while Surendra Mehta of BJP is an MLA from Bachwara seat. The BJP defeated the CPI candidate here. Therefore, it is expected that the Congress can claim this seat in the Grand Alliance. However, in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the way the people here rejected Kanhaiya Kumar, it does not seem that this time they will be able to show something amazing.
