Vadodara: With the help of 69 runs in 49 balls from captain Mag Lanning, Delhi Capitals defeated UP Warriors by 7 wickets in the Women’s Premier League match on Wednesday. UP Warriors, who were sent for the first batting, scored 166 runs for seven wickets with the help of Kiran Navagire’s aggressive half -century. In response, Delhi won a 41 -ball 41 -ball partnership between Lanning and Anabel Sutherland and Maryane Cap’s unbeaten innings of 19 runs in 17 balls, Delhi won one ball remaining.

Delhi’s great victory

Delhi was very aggressive and Shefali Verma (16 off 16 balls) added 65 runs in just 41 balls for the first wicket with captain Lanning. Shefali was caught by Deepti Sharma in the 7th over by Chiinale Henry. Sutherland played strong innings
