Russian President Putin has made a big announcement. President Putin has said that he is ready for talks with Ukraine to stop the war. Putin also said that he knows that talks mean compromise and he is ready for it. On the other hand, Ukrainian President Zelensky said that if there is a ceasefire now, Putin can start the war again.
