Bangladesh called back two diplomats from Kolkata and Tripura know what is the matter ntc

Tension is increasing between India and Bangladesh. In such a situation, the Yunus government of Bangladesh has recalled its 2 diplomats from India. Bangladesh has immediately recalled these two diplomats to Dhaka after the attack on Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala, Tripura and protests in front of Bangladesh Deputy High Commission in Kolkata.

Recently, Bangladesh’s diplomatic mission was vandalized in Agartala, the capital of Tripura. 7 people were arrested in this case. Action was also taken against 4 police officers in the case of intrusion into the campus. At the same time, the Indian High Commissioner in Bangladesh was summoned and protest was expressed against the incident. Besides, Bangladesh had also announced to close its consular service in Agartala. Now Bangladesh has recalled its diplomat from Tripura.

Bangladesh Foreign Ministry sources have confirmed that diplomats from Bengal have returned to Bangladesh, while Tripura’s Assistant High Commissioner is also expected to return to Dhaka today. Bangladesh’s acting Deputy High Commissioner in Kolkata Shikdar Mohammad Ashrafur Rahman and Assistant High Commissioner in Tripura Arifur Rahman were directed to return to Dhaka on an urgent basis last Tuesday, sources said.

On the other hand, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) senior joint general secretary Ruhul Kabir Rizvi protested against India by burning his wife’s Indian saree in Dhaka. During the demonstration, Rizvi appealed to all the people including his workers to boycott Indian products. BNP leader Rizvi has recently conducted this protest against India condemning the alleged vandalism in the Assistant High Commission of Bangladesh located in the capital of Tripura and insult to the Bangladeshi flag.

According to media reports, during the protest, Rizvi publicly burnt his wife’s Indian saree and asked people not to buy things coming from India. Rizvi said that we will not take any belongings of those who have torn our national flag.
