The song was composed by the duo Vishal-Shekhar, with lyrics written by Kumaar and vocals by Shilpa Rao and Caralisa Monteiro, accompanied by backing vocals from Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani. The composition combined an old-school approach with a modern musical arrangement, featuring Spanish verses written by Dadlani.
