The country’s capital Delhi was seen completely wrapped in fog in the early morning of today, January 10. The fog is so dense that everything is lost in it. Visibility has fallen to zero meters. People leaving their homes are facing problems. The speed of vehicles has slowed down to such an extent that it is becoming difficult to move at a speed of more than 20 km/h. Drivers have to resort to emergency lights. Even trees standing parallel are not visible.
There is a possibility of delay in flights to and from Delhi Airport. IGI Airport has issued an advisory urging people to stay in touch with their flight company before leaving home. Fog has also slowed down the speed of trains.
