An Indian citizen has been arrested in Florida, America. The allegation was that he was trying to make a minor a victim of sexual exploitation. The Indian national found guilty of attempted sexual assault has been identified as 24-year-old Kirtan Patel. He was found guilty of attempting to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. Kirtan Patel will be sentenced to a minimum sentence of 10 years, which can be extended up to life imprisonment.

Kirtan Patel was talking to an undercover agent!
According to the petition, between May 22 and 24, 2024, Kirtan Patel communicated online with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. He was actually communicating with an undercover special agent in the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), who had pretended to be a minor online.
