There is a controversy over the speech given by a judge of Allahabad High Court in the program of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. There is also talk of impeachment against him. This proposal has been brought against many judges earlier also. But is there any guideline regarding what High Court or Supreme Court judges should say on personal occasions? If not, then on what basis is impeachment brought?
