Yoga is the cornerstone of Jacqueline’s fitness routine, providing flexibility and inner peace. She believes yoga asanas help her achieve a balanced physique and mental clarity. Besides yoga, she is skilled in Pilates, a workout that builds core strength and improves posture. Pole dancing is another unique form of exercise Jacqueline embraces, believing it builds strength while boosting confidence. Jacqueline also practices aerial silk yoga, which helps tone her body and strengthen her core with a dynamic twist.

Cardio plays a key role in Jacqueline’s fitness regimen. Running, dancing, and swimming help build stamina and keep energy levels high. Weightlifting is also part of her routine, allowing her to tone muscles and enhance overall strength.

Jacqueliene has often stated that fitness is more than just physical exercise. “For me, fitness is therapy. I’ve always come out of a session of yoga, the gym, or dance, just feeling so much better and so much more accomplished. We tend to do what we love most without excuses – and, for me, that’s fitness.”

She also believes fitness is essential for overall growth, explaining, “Over the years and as I get older, I’ve realized it’s not just about keeping up or that I need to stay fit for my job; it’s really about how I get better just overall in life. How do I get stronger? How do I keep my mind focused? This is all part of the package. Fitness is a massive part of that because discipline is involved – you can never ever stop learning. And that’s how I always want to live my life.”
