Mahesh Babu, known for supporting his peers, especially former collaborators, has a history with both Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi. He starred alongside Venkatesh in the 2013 Sankranti hit Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and worked with Anil Ravipudi on the 2020 blockbuster Sarileru Neekevvaruwhich also released during Sankranti.
Sankranthik Vasthunam opened to a stellar Rs 23 crore on its first day, surpassing expectations and emerging as a standout among Sankranti releases like Daaku Maharaj and Game ChangerWith its heartwarming family-oriented storyline and positive reception, the film is poised for sustained success at the box office.
Produced by Shirish under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner and presented by Dil Raju, Sankranthik Vasthunam features VTV Ganesh and Naresh in pivotal roles. With music composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, the film marks Venkatesh Daggubati’s third collaboration with director Anil Ravipudi, following their hits. F2: Fun and Frustration (2019) and F3: Fun and Frustration (2022).
