On December 4, popular actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala tied the knot amid much buzz regarding their traditional ceremony. The intimate yet lavish ceremony was a starry affair with Chaitanya’s Akkineni and Daggubati families in attendance. For the unversed, the actor is the son of Nagarjuna Akkineni and Laxmi Daggubati. As a glimpse of the wedding and its pre-wedding pictures were shared by the proud father as well as the bride, the groom’s cousin and renowned star Rana Daggubati and his wife Miheeka Bajaj also dropped some unseen photos from the ceremonies.

It is a known fact that Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya wanted a completely traditional style Telugu wedding with even pre-wedding ceremonies hosted as per their ancestral customs. After Sobhita shared glimpses of ‘Raata Staapana’ ‘Mangalsnaanam’, and ‘Pelli Kuthuru’ rituals, now the groom’s side of the family has posted photos from their side of customs. Rana Daggubati shared a sweet photo with the groom-to-be calling it ‘Pellikodudu’ and added a heart emoji. This ritual marks the start of the wedding day where the groom is dressed for the impending rituals.
In another photo posted by Rana’s wife Miheeka, the entire gang of cousins are seen posing together.
Meanwhile, after Nagarjuna dropped the first pics post their wedding ceremony on social media on December 4, on Thursday, he once again dropped another set of photos along with another heartfelt note expressing gratitude. For the unversed, Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya tied the knot in a typical Telugu ceremony in Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad, which is special to the Akkineni family since it was started by Nagarjuna’s father Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
