Circle officer Rupali Rao said that the victim’s family has filed a complaint against the accused Vishal, his friend Ankit and Cafe owner Akshay Sharma. All three were arrested. The family alleged that a Class 10 student was called to the cafe. There, accused Vishal and Ankit made him a victim of their lust. The victim somehow reached her home and told her family members.
The CO said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused under the Code of Justice of India and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (Poxo) Act. The victim girl has been sent for medical examination. A case has also been registered against the cafe owner for running his illegal activities. The three accused are being arrested and questioned in police custody.
