1) MSP Guarantee Act should be made on the purchase of all crops. On the instructions of Dr. Swaminathan Commission, the prices of all crops should be fixed according to the C2+50% formula.

10) The quality of seeds of all crops including cotton should be improved by amending the Pesticides, Seeds and Fertilizer Act. Companies manufacturing and selling fake and substandard products should be penalized and their licenses should be cancelled.
