A sensational case of suicide has come to light in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. 25 year old youth Gaurav shot a B.Sc student and then committed suicide by shooting himself. This case of murder and then suicide has shocked people. Police has started the investigation of the matter.
Regarding this incident, Amroha SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that Gaurav, who was a resident of Amroha, called the student and shot her. After this he also shot himself on the spot.
The girl student who was injured by the bullet is undergoing treatment in the local hospital. According to doctors, the girl’s condition is critical. Gaurav died on the spot. The student’s mother told that her daughter had left home in the morning saying that she would return home by 1 pm but she was deeply shocked when she got information about this incident.
Forensic team was called to investigate the incident site. Police have recovered a pistol and two empty cartridges from the spot. Officials are busy finding out the reasons behind the incident. The Superintendent of Police said that the reasons behind this incident are being investigated. It is not yet clear why Gaurav took this fatal step.
