UP: Accused of raping a 2 year old innocent in Bulandshahr was arrested in police encounter lclcn

Bulandshahr Police of Uttar Pradesh has arrested a man after an encounter, who is accused of allegedly raping a 2-year-old girl. He was injured by a bullet in the police encounter. Police say that the accused has been admitted to the hospital for treatment, where he is undergoing treatment.

According to the news agency, police officer Circle Officer Vikas Pratap Singh Chauhan said that on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the police were doing a routine investigation when they saw a black bike. When they tried to stop him, the bike rider ran away. After this the police chased the bike.

During this time he was stopped on a bridge. However, when the police went to arrest him, he started firing at the police. After which the police also opened fire in self-defense and the accused was injured. After this the police arrested him. However, he is still undergoing treatment in the hospital. Later the accused was identified as Kallu, a resident of Palwal district of Haryana.

The CO further said that during the investigation, the police came to know that he had raped the 2-year-old girl of his family on Saturday. The officer said that further investigation is going on. Whatever facts emerge in the investigation, action will be taken on that basis.
